The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) is an inter service organization functioning directly under Department of Ex-serviceman Welfare, Ministry of Defence.​
DGR assist Ex-Serviceman to train and acquire additional skills and facilitate their resettlement through a second career. 

NIELIT Delhi centre has successfully conducted a training program of 480 hours in NIELIT O Level  (NSQF Level-5) for JCOs/ORs conducted w.e.f 11 Feb 2019 to 28 July 2019.  A total of 40 officials of Army, Navy and Air Force participated in the training and had a good learning experience on IT Tools and Business Systems, Internet Technologies and Web Designing, Programming through ‘C’ Language and working with ICT Resources etc. Examination and Practical were conducted successfully.  

Sh. Shameem Khan, Director Incharge awarded participation Certificates to all officials and felicitated them for their successful completion of training.
