Hindi Diwas was observed at NIELIT Shillong on September 14,2016. The Chief Guest invited Prof Dinesh Kumar Choubey, Department of Hindi, North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) gave an enthralling speech to the students of NIELIT Shillong. Students also participated in poem recitation completion organized during the occasion.
