NIELIT Calicut in association with State Agriculture Management & Extension Training Institute (SAMETI), conducted a five day training for 20 Agricultural Officers of Kerala at SAMETI, Trivandrum during 29^th August – 2^nd September 2016. The course covered detailed classes with mentored lab and study materials for Information Decision Support Systems, GPS & GIS techniques, Digital Marketing, Webcasting, the effective use of ICT, Social Media components and Mobile Apps to help farmers. The course was well received by the participants.
