National Institute of Electronics and IT (NIELIT)- Gangtok in association with Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC)-Kolkata with the support of CID Branch, Sikkim Police has started the offline training programme on Cyber Forensics for Sikkim Police personnel from Tuesday, 14^th December, 2021. The training is being implemented under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India sponsored project entitled "Development of Cyber Forensic Training cum Investigation Labs in North-Eastern States and Cloud based Centralized Cyber Forensics Lab Infrastructures" being implemented by CDAC-Kolkata and NIELIT Kohima.
