An MoU was signed between the Telangana State Government IT Department, NIELIT Hyderabad and Mosart Labs at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 under the initiative titled T-SHINE (Telangana Semiconductor & Hardware Innovation for Next-gen Employability) in the presence of Executive Director, NIELIT Aurangabad and Director In-Charge, NIELIT Hyderabad for providing VLSI training to students across Telangana to boost next-generation semiconductor talent.
