In accordance to the nationwide Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, Swachhta Pakwada was celebrated at NIELIT Jammu from 1^st, Feb,2018 & concluded on 15^th,Feb, 2018. Various events were organized with a view to spread awareness and sensitivity in virtues of sanitation and cleanliness.The program started with the Pledge Taking Ceremony, followed by a cleanliness drive by all the NIELIT Jammu Staff members to clean office cabins ,rooms,corridors and the surrounding area. Poster making and Slogan making Competitions were held among the students to encourage their creative skills and spread the message of cleanliness and hygiene. On the concluding day a meeting among the staff members was held to take an oath and fulfill the commitment to keep the surrounding clean and dirt-free.
