Visit of Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Electronics & Information Technology Shri Jitin Prasada at NIELIT Kolkata 

Honourable Union Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Electronics & Information Technology Shri Jitin Prasada was welcomed by the Director-In-Charge, NIELIT Kolkata Shri Jayanta Chakraborty on 19.02.2025 at the Salt Lake Campus of the Centre in presence of Shri Partha Pratim Adhikari, Scientist-E (HQ Representative) and other officials of the Centre. The Hon’ble MoS was briefed about the formal & non-formal education/training and projects undertaken by the Centre. A presentation on Agriculture Census Project, being implemented by the Centre, was given by Shri Goutam Saha, Scientist-E & Chief Coordinator of the project.

The Hon’ble MoS appreciated the project and training-related activities taken up by NIELIT Kolkata.
