NIELIT Shillong has been training the Village Employment Council(VEC) representatives since the last one year in IECT Skills. Till date NIELIT Shillong has already trained 198 candidates with batch strength of 25-30 candidates in each. Seen in the pictures are candidates of the 8th Batch from East Khasi Hills District. The 10 days training program commenced on 6th June 2016.
