1. Himachal Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), H.P.Government is an apex institute in state to provide foundation level and administrative trainings to officers of various departments and NIELIT has signed MOU with NIELIT since 2006 for running various student and corporate level training programs. We have set up Centres at Mandi, Dharamshala, Nahan and Chamba in joint association with HIPA.
