Deputy Commissioner, Sonitpur distributed certificates to the inmates of Naba Prabhat orphanage for the Basic Computer Training program. The course was fully sponsored by the employees of Tezpur EC of NIELIT Guwahati and 12 inmates were trained in this program. This initiative was taken with the support of “Volunteer for Tezpur”.
