Internship Training for Engineering and Polytechnic Students

NIELIT Daman is inviting Expressions of interest (EOI) for “Employability Enhancement & Livelihood Training Program [EELTP] of SC/ST&
EWS(Women) Youth through Capacity Building and Skill Development in IECT” Sponsored by MeitY, Government of  India, from AICTE approved institutions, professional bodies, and competent training institutes.

The Project aims towards Capacity building/ Skill development of 2,615 SC/ST/EWS(Women) youths in IT and Electronics Sectors for enhancing their employability & livelihood in most SC/ST populous districts of States/UT (except NIELIT own Centers and District covered under Aspirational Districts project of MeitY). within the period of three years. Five districts in Gujrat state are chosen for this project namely Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Dahod, Surat, and Valsad.

The last date to submit EOI is 31 Jan 2024.

Faculty Development Programme (FDPs) in Emerging Technology during July – September, 2022

NIELIT Daman celebrated India's 76th Independence Day together with staff and students of Govt. Polytechnic Daman. Dr. Aruna Govada, IT Assistant Director hoisted the flag and Independence Day Message was given by Ms. Vimala Mathew, Director in Charge NIELIT.

A sessionon on AI Applications taken by Vimala Mathew, Director in Charge, NIELIT Daman on 12/5/2022 during Dadra & Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu Industrial Expo 2022 "Unnati".

A meeting with Industries Association, DNH &  DD and NIELIT Daman was held on 01/04/2022 at 4:00 pm through the virtual Conferencing under the Chairpersonship of Secretary (IT),  regarding suggestions for courses to be undertaken at NIELIT Daman. The following members attended the meeting and discussed the matter.

NIELIT Daman celebrated 73rd Republic Day along with staff and students of Govt. Polytechnic and Govt. Engineering College, Daman.

Registration dates along with payment verification for July 2022 Exam cycle of NIELIT ‘O’ Level course is open till 10th April 2022 for both Direct & Institute candidates. For A/B/C Level for direct candidate registration date along with payment verification is till 31st March 2022 & for institute candidates till 10th April 2022. Institute/Candidates are advised not to wait for last to fill the registration form.

Notification regarding conduction of July'2020 Session of O/A/B/C Level Examinations (Theory & Practical) in January'2021 along with January' 2021 Session of O/A/B/C Level Examinations (Theory & Practical).
