NIELIT Delhi Centre successfully concluded a 300-hour training programme in Cyber Security Assistant (NSQF Level-3) for Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and Other Ranks (ORs) sponsored by the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR). The programme was conducted from 08 September 2025 to 19 December 2025.

A total of 40 personnel from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force participated in the training. The course provided comprehensive knowledge and hands-on exposure in Fundamentals of Network & Operating Systems and Fundamentals of Cyber Security. Both online examinations and practical assessments were conducted successfully during the programme.

In addition to the core curriculum, participants were also imparted training on emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing, along with an Art of Living Capacity Building Programme, facilitated through Vyakti Vikas Kendra India (VVKI).

The training programme was effectively delivered by Shri Piyush Srivastava, Joint Director (Training), and Shri Pankaj Sharma, Senior Technical Assistant, who served as the Corporate Trainers for the course.

Smt. Kanchan Rani, Officer-In-charge, Additional Director, distributed certificates to all the participants and appreciated their dedication, discipline, and active involvement throughout the training.

The participants expressed high satisfaction with the programme and lauded the dedicated efforts of NIELIT trainers in enhancing their understanding of emerging trends and career opportunities in Cyber Security, thereby supporting their smooth transition into civilian employment.
