NIELIT Kohima celebrated Teachers’ Day as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by the teachers. In appreciation of their efforts, a formal event was organised on September 05, 2018 with students playing the hosts which was followed by a cultural programme. Shri. Binay Kumar Singh, Assistant Director (Admin), NIELIT Kohima was the speaker for the day and Shri. A. Morimenba Amer, Deputy Director, NIELIT Kohima gave a message on behalf of the faculty.

As a token of love, the students presented gifts to all the faculty members of the institute including the non-teaching faculty and even arranged lunch on the occasion. The teachers’ day celebration included wonderful efforts and performances by the students in songs, dances, hilarious dramas and acts and also involved the teachers in games and performances. The efforts of the students were much appreciated by all the teachers.
