The discussions aimed at strengthening collaboration to drive India’s semiconductor growth. Key discussions focused on joint curriculum design for skilling industry-ready talent and fostering R&D in advanced OSAT technologies. The visit to TATA’s state-of-the-art OSAT facility highlighted India’s expanding semiconductor capabilities.
