On 11 December 2025, the Secretary, Higher Education, reviewed the initiatives undertaken by NIELIT Patna in the Higher Education sector, including the rollout of NIELIT NSQF courses across all State Universities of Bihar, internship provisions, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), and the establishment of Centres of Excellence (CoEs). The Secretary expressed satisfaction with the progress achieved so far. The Executive Director, NIELIT Patna, presented a detailed overview outlining the current status and ongoing efforts.
