Industry 4.0 Lab
NIELIT Pilibhit has established an advanced Industry 4.0 Lab to provide practical exposure to modern industrial technologies and smart manufacturing concepts. The lab is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure including IoT devices, sensors, actuators, robotics systems, automation kits, cloud-based monitoring systems, smart controllers, and industrial application working models. It enables students and trainees to learn and implement technologies related to Industrial Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Data Monitoring, Embedded Systems, and Cyber-Physical Systems. The lab also supports hands-on training through cloud-based Learning Management Systems (LMS), block programming tools, and Python-based development platforms for designing real-time industrial applications. Various working models such as Smart Healthcare Systems, Smart Chemical Reactors, Cloud-Based SCADA Systems, and Automated Industrial Monitoring Systems help students understand real-world industrial processes and digital transformation technologies. The Industry 4.0 Lab promotes innovation, technical skill development, problem-solving abilities, and industry-oriented learning aligned with current industrial standards and emerging technologies.
