NIELIT, in its continuous endeavour to impart cutting-edge training programs, conducted a one-day training program on “Artificial Intelligence Usage in Office Work” on 24/09/2025 at  Delhi Metro Rail Academy (DMRA), New Delhi.

A total of 23 senior executives at the GM/DGM level from Gurgaon Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) actively participated in this training program . The sessions were conducted by Ms. Swapnali Naik, Scientist-D & Officer In-Charge, NIELIT East Delhi office who shared valuable insights on the fundamentals of AI, Generative AI and LLMs, AI-powered tools for productivity, data handling, design applications, and responsible AI usage in organizational contexts.

The program was highly appreciated by participants for its practical relevance and hands-on approach. It concluded with a valedictory ceremony, where certificates were awarded by Ms. Sheetal Chopra, Director In-Charge, NIELIT Delhi Centre, Sh. Ghansham Bansal, Director General, DMRC Academy, and Ms. Swapnali Naik, Scientist-D & Officer In-Charge, NIELIT East Delhi Centre.
