General Guidelines
Admission Guidelines for Offline Courses
Admission Procedure:
1. Visit the official website at https://www.nielit.gov.in/delhi/index.php and check the Admission Notice section for currently open courses and their respective syllabus.
2. Carefully read the course-specific guidelines provided on the website. For admission, click the Apply Online button, which will redirect you to https://onlineapply.nielit.in/ for registration and online payment of the admission fee.
3. All admissions for NIELIT Delhi’s online and offline courses are conducted via the online process.
4. Follow these steps for admission:
a) Complete online registration and fee payment at https://onlineapply.nielit.in/
b) Appear for eligibility verification at the selected NIELIT Centre (Janakpuri, Inderlok, or Karkardooma) as notified.
a) The Online Submission of Application consists of the following Steps:
i. Click on New User Registration and fill in your personal details.
ii. Click on Save Registration. You will receive a Registration ID and will be asked to login again.
iii. Login with your Registration ID to complete all personal details.
iv. Proceed to Apply for Course section, select the desired course, fill in required details, upload your valid identity card, and make the fee payment.
v. Print and keep a copy of the completed application form for future reference.
b) Eligibility Verification:
• After successful registration and payment, candidates must visit their selected NIELIT Centre (Inderlok, Janakpuri, Karkardooma) within one week to verify their eligibility documents in person.
• Bring the following documents (with originals for verification):
o Printout of online registration and fee payment receipt
o Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card or other government-issued photo ID
o Self-attested copy of proof of date of birth (e.g., X certificate)
o Self-attested copies of eligibility qualification certificates and mark sheets
o Self-attested copy of caste certificate, if applicable (SC/ST only)
• Final admission will be confirmed upon successful verification of all documents.
• Batch code, roll number, and time slot will be allotted to enrolled students after verification.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Training of all courses would be conducted in classroom-teaching mode.
2. Candidates are advised to check the course details, Training location, duration of course and course fee etc. for admission in the desired course from the website. Candidate has to ensure the eligibility for pursing the course before payment of course fee.
3. Candidates are advised to select the Course with Training location (Inderlok, Janakpuri, Karkardooma), for pursuing the course. Training location will remain same throughout the duration of the course. No request of change of training location will be entertained.
4. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully at “How to Apply” in the online portal at https://onlineapply.nielit.in/
5. All course related updates / announcements / information would be sent to the registered mobile no. / e- mail ID of the candidate provided in the registration form.
6. SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of Course fee for NSQF aligned courses, subject to the production of valid Caste certificate.
Note: SC/ST candidates can pursue one NSQF course at a time.
7. The candidate must ensure their eligibility before applying in the course specially.
8. The successfully registered candidates will receive an SMS/Email describing further details about batch start date, timings and training strategy of the course. In case, the candidate does not receive any information/alert, do visit your selected training location (Inderlok, Janakpuri, Karkardooma).
9. If candidate has paid the course fee and found ineligible for pursuing the course in this case, no fee will be refunded.
10. In case of non-submission of required documents within stipulated time, the admission can be cancelled and seat will be offered to the next candidate.
11. Once the batch code is assigned to a candidate, batch code will remain same throughout the duration of the course. No request of batch transfer will be entertained.
12. If any of the information provided by the registered candidate is found false/incorrect or discrepancy is found in the information furnished online with the original documents, can lead to cancellation of admission. However, no fee shall be refunded in such a case.
13. NIELIT Delhi Centre reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the course or to cancel the candidature of any candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
Discontinuing the course:
• The course fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes cases where a candidate is unable to join, is found ineligible after document verification, fails to appear for document verification, or has inadvertently applied for a course. No repeat sessions will be conducted in such instances.
• NIELIT reserves the right to cancel any course without prior notice. If a cancellation occurs, candidates may opt to transfer the fee to another course, subject to suitability; otherwise, the fee will be refunded accordingly.
Payment of Course Fee:
1. No Course fee for SC-ST Candidate for NSQF Aligned Courses as per Govt. Norms.
2. The fee is to be paid online through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI after registration process. The candidate has to check the fee details at Annexure-1.
3. Candidates are advised to retain the details of online payment (screenshot / Transaction ID / Application No.) at all times, for future references.
4. If successful payment is not showing due to any reason like error in Internet connectivity or any other reason, please confirm with your bank account whether the amount has been deducted from your account. Do not pay again immediately if there is any doubt and check your bank account first, otherwise double payment may be made. If payment has been deducted from your account but receipt is not generated, please write an email to the Institute at delhi.training@nielit.gov.in
